Caring Minds Health Services LLC is seeking individuals and families in Arizona interested in becoming Adult Developmental Home (ADH) or Child Developmental Home (CDH) providers.
As an ADH/CDH provider, you will welcome an individual with developmental disabilities into your home and provide daily care, supervision, and support in a safe, supportive, family-centered environment.

Applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- True passion to care for others
- Have suitable living space in their home.
- Have at least one additional adult, age 18 or older, living in the home who is willing to participate in the licensing process and be added to the license application.
- Complete required training, background checks, and home licensing requirements.
- Be willing to provide a safe, caring, and supportive home environment.

- Ongoing Support: Continued assistance and guidance as you begin providing care in your home.
Our goal is to make the licensing process as smooth as possible and help you feel confident and prepared to welcome an individual into your home.
Compensation: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
